Retail & Direct Sales Manager (Ref. No. RDS-01)

This is a strategic role which requires previous experience of managing large sales team & senior capabilities of working with retailers who drive to seek continuous improvement & deliver world class standards in show room display, operating standards and customer service.
- Develop strategic plans to expand business & identify areas of improvement.
- Strong communication skills at all levels of the business.
- Oversee, lead, motivate and develop professional Sales team.
- Promote and develop brand identity.
- Strong experience in managing Retail & Direct Sales.
- Creating Strategy for new Retail showrooms for building materials with interest in Interior design.

Sales Manager – Sanitary ware (Ref. No. BCP-01)

- Develop strategic plans to expand business & identify areas of improvement.
- Strong communication skills at all levels of the business.
- Oversee, lead, motivate and develop professional Sales team.
- Ability to identify customers’ project needs of Sanitary ware products to all the stakeholders.
- Strong experience in managing Sales (Sanitary ware, mixers, shower, enclosures, Jacuzzi, Tiles).

Sales Manager – Lighting (Ref. No. BCP-02)

- Strong technical knowledge in Lighting industry with proven track record in Project Sales.
- Developing strategic plans to expand business & identify areas of improvement.
- Oversee, lead, motivate and manage professional Sales team.
- Identify & develop opportunities to supply products with key stakeholders.
- Strong communication skills at all levels of the business.
- Build relationship with key stake holders and define technical documentation requirement for projects and support product approval processes etc.

Specification Manager (Ref. No. BCP-03)

- Manage a team of professional Engineers conducting specification with key stakeholders including Designers, Architects etc.
- Responsible for conducting specification for upcoming projects.
- Manage current company B2B showroom & guest house.
- Create & conduct awareness session for events and one to one (one to two) training for existing consultants.
- Developing strategic plans to expand business & identify areas of improvement.
- Strong communication skills at all levels of the business.
- Build relationship with key stake holders and define technical documentation requirement for projects and support product approval processes etc.

Requisites for all positions:

  • Relevant Degree (Preferably in Engineering) / Diploma to match the positions applied for
  • Field Experience preferably in the Middle East / GCC
  • Relevant Industry and Product Knowledge
  • Possess good Interpersonal & Presentation Skills
